We perform thermal imaging quality checks on our freeze-dried products to ensure the freeze-drying process is complete. Immediately after the thermal imaging confirms the freeze-drying process is complete, we package our beef topper in resealable, heat-sealed bags ensuring shelf-stable freshness.
